Hotel Sri Garden

The bathroom had two lights, but the one by the mirror was broken. As for the bed, I couldn't sleep well on the first night because the sheet and blanket felt itchy. After they cleaned the room the next morning, they replaced the bedding, and I finally slept comfortably.

The worst part of the stay was trying to rest: the bed and rock-hard pillows made me itchy and uncomfortable, and the AC was so loud it kept disturbing me. There was no bottled water, and the Coway water tasted odd. At 1 a.m. I called the front desk to ask for a softer pillow. The staff member sounded annoyed and said the workers weren't available then, adding that I should have asked during the day. He did eventually bring a better pillow himself, but the exchange made me feel like a nuisance. The room was poorly maintained, and I won't be coming back.

Parking is easy and the hotel is right in the middle of town, but people can still end up having an itchy night there. The bed sheets weren't changed, in my room or others. They provide an ironing board, but you have to ask for an iron. There used to be breakfast and a small cafe before the new management; now the place feels abandoned. I call this the “Disease Hotel.” Never coming back.

The family room has plenty of space for seven, and the towels were clean. The toilet could use a harder scrub and a new seat, and some air freshener in the room would help. The lift doors and walls need wiping too, and a few flowers would make the area nicer.
