What I appreciated most was the personal care from the receptionist, who was also doing housekeeping. It really was a one-man show. He was patient and helpful with every request, even while working through the Raya holiday on the 2nd and 3rd raya. The admin handling Agoda bookings was also kind and replied quickly, arranging a lower-floor room for my elderly parents. The whole place was spotless, from the lobby and hallways to our exceptionally clean bathroom. I booked the Superior Suite and Family Room. Both were spacious, well ventilated, and comfortable, with a cozy mattress and strong water pressure. I’ll choose this place again whenever I’m in Kangar. Thanks for making the effort.

It’s close enough to convenience stores and food stalls, though not right next door. The accommodation is good, and the service is about what you’d expect, not especially good but it gets the job done. I’d recommend having your own transport. I’m not sure how available Grab or other ride-hailing services are around here.

I enjoyed the surroundings during my vacation. This little hotel is clean and easy to get to, and I’d recommend it to friends and family.

The room is spacious and has a smart TV. The bed is on the firm side, though. For me, clean towels and good water pressure matter a lot, and this hotel scores well on both.

The family room was very comfortable. The hotel could use more parking spaces.
