The place was awful for cleanliness and the overall environment. We'd originally booked several nights, but after seeing the condition, we wanted a refund. They told us to request it online through the booking site, then told the platform not to refund us. Bad attitude and a scam.

A lot of the facilities weren't fully working because things were broken or hadn't been repaired.

DBKL manages the parking well. After 6pm, I had no trouble finding a spot.
