The location is good, near a pub, food market, and groceries. Cleanliness could be better, I’d rate it 2. I found baby cockroaches, and could smell smoke all the time, except in the bathroom. Not advisable if you prefer a non smoking room. The water heater was warm, not hot.

The bathroom was very dirty, and the room smelled of smoke. Our bedsheets were stained, the blankets had holes, and there was no pillowcase. Towels weren’t prepared, and the ones we got had stains and smelled VERY bad. The telephone wasn’t even connected, the hairdryer didn’t work, the water boiler was staineddddd, and there were no toiletries. No wifi, and the staff gave us a fake wifi password lol. Their service was very rude.

The actual Standard Twin Room I got was very different from what was shown on the official hotel site and Agoda. I booked for 2 nights and asked to change rooms at the time, but the hotel was full. I cancelled the room and requested a refund, but they refused to refund the second night!!! Through Agoda, Booking ID 659576481. Check in March 10, 2022.

The location is good, but the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. There were hairs on the bed and used tissues left behind.

You have to buy your own shampoo, soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste, since none of them are provided.
