The plants seemed neglected, and there were lots of insects in the room. I had to spray Ridsect around the doors and windows. There was even a monitor lizard outside our door. The room itself was very basic, with hardly any furniture to put things on. A door separated it from the connecting room, and we could easily hear voices through it. A solid wall would make more sense. Without the beach and pool, I wouldn't say it was worth the price.

You have to cross the road to get to the beach. The room felt old, so don't expect much, and there's not much to say about the food.

The location seemed fine, but I can't speak to the rooms since I only came for iftar. Service was very poor: they prepared the food late and kept me waiting until iftar time. The nasi arab also didn't live up to what other reviews said. I've tried plenty before, and this one tasted cheap while costing a bit much. I got the feel of a school canteen, honestly. I wouldn't come here for iftar.

It's a fair way from the city, but the peace and quiet made the distance worthwhile for me. The resort is near the beach, with a lovely coastal breeze that adds to the relaxed atmosphere. The staff were warm and welcoming, and made me feel at home. A nice place to get away from city bustle.
