The place smelled unpleasant, and the cleanliness was nowhere near acceptable. The facilities were very poor, with no decent amenities. I had a disappointing stay and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for comfort. Hope this review helps you all.

I checked in at 7pm and checked out at 10am the same day after complaining to reception. The staff member admitted there were lots of cockroaches in the room, but said there was nothing he could do. I expected a refund. It’s frustrating that the hotel could acknowledge the problem without trying to resolve it. The room was filthy, with cockroaches of all sizes, including many that looked like they were living there with me. The floor was dirty, the towels smelled bad, and the hair and body shampoo had been diluted with water. The room also had a strong cockroach smell. The photos made it look clean, but the actual condition was completely different. This is a terrible hotel in Shah Alam, and I won’t stay here again. Please take the quality and cleanliness seriously.

I had graduation the next day, so we arrived after 10pm to check in. I had already booked and paid for a room with one queen bed and one single bed, but the staff said only one room was left, with a queen bed. They offered no solution and acted as though it wasn’t their problem. They said the air conditioning was being repaired in the middle of the night, and nobody apologized. Instead, they blamed OYO’s system. We were already at bedtime, and they left us to figure things out while one staff member clicked around on the computer. He said he was checking whether anyone was checking out, at 10pm. He also answered my dad rudely. We had to pay for another hotel, which cost us three times as much. Give me my money back. This hotel was a complete mess, and the staff were rude and had no common sense. Don’t book here, save your money for somewhere better.

The room smelled strongly of cockroaches, and the bed had stains. There were lots of baby cockroaches, but staff said they couldn’t do anything. The hair and body shampoo had been watered down too.
