There was hair and staining on the bedsheet and duvet cover. I asked to have them changed, but the housekeeping staff said they couldn’t replace the linen 🤦🏻♀️.

The room was okay, and there’s a special lift to the second-floor shop lot. Just need to reach the cap.

Tiny cockroaches were crawling around the bed, cupboards, and floor, which was really disturbing. I also found used tissue under the bed, and the sheets had visible stains. Cleanliness needs a lot of work, and I hope management deals with these problems soon.

The mattress springs could be felt when sitting or lying down, and none of the mattresses in the family room were in good condition. The sheets and pillowcases had lots of marks, the room was dirty, and the wall was cracked. Soundproofing was bad too. At RM110++, this room was far too expensive for what it was, it should be RM40. A hotel shouldn’t be operating with mattresses like these.

The place was dusty and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the bed had stains that made it feel disgusting. The tiny sink was awkward to use: washing my face got water all over my feet. The toilet smelled bad and the bathroom had no amenities. At night, outside noise and TVs and phone sounds from neighboring rooms kept coming through the connected rooms. The lift was cramped and slow too. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
