Getting around Klang is easier by Grab or another ride-hailing service, even for a short trip, since the city isn't very walkable. For nearby food and essentials, Lotus is in the building next to Trio, about a five-minute walk via the side entrance, with restaurants and a food court. The residence is new-looking and well maintained, with strict security and a nice city view. On a clear day you can spot the Petronas Twin Towers and other Kuala Lumpur buildings. Keep your access card with you. Check-in was simple and contactless. At the entrance, say “Home Stay” and give your house or unit number. The host then provides an access card and parking QR pass, both needed for easy entry and exit. It suits guests who are comfortable with homestay-style accommodation.

Security made me leave the pool even though I was wearing a proper swimsuit and hadn't done anything wrong. Someone also filed a complaint against us without any valid reason. I felt singled out and judged in front of other people, and the way it was handled was humiliating and upsetting. It ruined our time here. Management needs to think seriously about how guests are treated. No one should be embarrassed or targeted like that. This is the worst apartment I've ever stayed in.

I paid 700k for an apartment here, yet the service feels worse than a flat. Trio is promoted as high-end, but the guards treat owners like prisoners. They're rude and have no manners, and when something happens, their questions can make you uncomfortable. The head of security is always riding an electric bike around for no clear reason. Please improve management and train security to treat property owners with more respect.

It's near Lotus, and an LRT station that's not open yet. Once the station opens, the location should be very strategic. The pool facilities are fantastic.

At Gate 2, the system failed to record my valid entry card. Dhan, the guard, came out, insulted me, and asked whether I was staying at a homestay. He refused to open the gate, even though it was clear I had a valid card, instead of using basic judgment or finding a quick solution. His rigid response caused an avoidable traffic buildup.
