The hotel had a blackout for almost six hours, and the owner doesn’t care about customers. Nobody told us the power would be out. Can I get a refund? I couldn’t sleep because there was no ventilation in the room, and I felt suffocated during the stay.

There are no windows in most rooms, so when the power went out there was no air circulation, making the situation feel very unsafe. Management had prior notice from TNB about the planned outage but failed to tell guests. That lack of transparency is unacceptable and puts guests’ health at serious risk. We had a terrible experience.

The room was clean, and the service and staff were nice. It’s a good choice if you want a cheap room. There are lots of guards looking after the car park, which made me feel safe.

There was no parking, which was a major hassle, and the security guards were rude and unprofessional. The room itself was dated and not well maintained. A really lousy hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
