The room was a poor place to stay, with cockroaches and ants all over it. In the morning there was no water when I got up to bathe. The environment and management were the worst.

There was no security service. The receptionist was reckless and impolite, behaved roughly, and didn't greet us. I also found her dishonest: she gave customers false information and kept us waiting aside even though many rooms were available. Please be careful with this kind of lousy staycation. 😳😒😱

The room smelled strongly of smoke and was very uncomfortable. The floor was dirty, with hairs on it, and the accessories were very old. For RM70 a night, it wasn't worth it.
