For a 3-star hotel, failing the basics is quite an achievement. My first room had a cockroach for a roommate, and after I changed rooms there was no hot water at all, a real 'Polar Plunge'. Definitely not worth the money, though I'll remember the stay.

The glass partition between the bathroom and room in the family room was transparent enough to show a person's figure inside. It felt very inappropriate for a family room, not a couple's room. I had to push the mattresses up against the glass and stand them there to block the view. Really bad.

I'd already paid for the room, but they wouldn't let me check in because I couldn't pay the deposit right away. I explained I could pay it at 2am when I got my payment. After a lot of discussion and persuasion, the Indian lady at reception still refused me. She was arrogant and big headed, and cruelly wouldn't let me check in.

Since I'm working, I don't spend much time in the room. For a budget room, this is probably the better hotel for me.
