We had already paid in full through the OYO app, but when we tried to check in, the staff said there was no room and they weren’t linked with OYO anymore. The hotel name has OYO in it, so this made no sense. They told us to call OYO about a refund or finding another hotel. Ridiculous, to pay everything and then be told there’s no room. OYO customer service was no help either, the number kept saying there was high traffic. May your business flop, bye.

The room was clean and spacious, and the price was cheap. Staff were very helpful. Recommended for people like me who work outstation.

Easy parking, and Pekan Lumut is just a walk away. The room was okay, clean and spacious.
