The family price wasn’t worth the quality or service. Make sure you confirm how many days and nights the package covers before paying. This was the worst experience ever.

Dream Hotel in Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang is surrounded by eateries and convenience stores, so finding food or essentials nearby was easy. At night, vendor vans outside offered even more local food options. The room was clean and maintained well, with efficient air conditioning and a comfortable bed that made for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was compact but had the necessary amenities and a working hot shower. Staff were courteous and helpful, and the 24-hour front desk made late check-in and early check-out convenient. Having a security guard at night also made me feel safer. The rates are affordable without giving up basic comforts, and the location is handy for exploring Klang. My stay was satisfactory, and I’d consider coming back.

I had an unpleasant stay. Afterward, I had bite marks all over and think there may be bed bugs in the hotel.

The room was clean and nice, and the receptionist was friendly with customers. Good job.

The wifi was great, and the staff were friendly but strict. I asked for daily cleaning and fresh towels, and they handled that well. The room was good value, without a weird smell or the typical indian smell I’ve noticed in other hotels in the area.
