I found it comfortable and convenient for a solo trip or work stay, and it was a good place to get things done. Highly recommend!

We arrived late at night to find out there was no room for us because the hotel said our Agoda booking hadn't synced with its system. I had booked two nights and received both a confirmation and an e-receipt, so being left without a room, a car or anywhere to stay was incredibly stressful. They said they were fully booked when I asked for another room, even though I'd paid in full. We had to find another hotel at the last minute, with most nearby places already full. Management said they'd cooperate with a full refund, but after two weeks there's still been no action or proper reply. Agoda then referred me to a cancellation policy with penalty charges, which is unreasonable when the problem was entirely the hotel's. Extremely disappointing. No guest should have to go through this.

I hadn't planned to post all these pictures, but their poor management made me really angry. They promised to return my deposit in 1 to 2 days, but I had to call again and again, late into the night, without anyone answering. Instead, they kept messaging to push it back day by day. The room was rubbish, with hair everywhere, even on the bed. If they think the rates are cheap, they can charge more, but they should at least provide basic cleanliness. Don't take deposits if you can't return them when promised.

This owner's customer service was bad, and it took far too long to get a reply. You have no right to hold my deposit. I'll report you to our Malaysia scammer line to get your account blocked. Don't think you can hide and no one will catch you!

The room I'd booked wasn't in proper condition, so I was moved to an upgrade. The replacement room was awesome, and the customer service was even better. They made sure I had everything I needed and apologized for even the smallest shortcomings, though there weren't really any. I was there for an event at the convention centre, so I'm not sure I'll be back, but if I am, I'd definitely consider LuxPropMy. They turned a bad lodging situation around with great customer service. Thanks 👍🏼
