The room was okay, but there was hair on the pillow. I wouldn’t recommend checking in here with family. I would’ve chosen another hotel.

They only gave us two towels for a room booked for three, and said there was a laundry problem so we’d have to share. They also wanted RM10 for an extra towel, which makes no sense when the room was meant to come with three. The room was on the third floor, and the receptionist said all the lower rooms were booked. I didn’t see many cars outside, though. It’s not a good choice if you’re with elderly people. Overall, I wasn’t really satisfied.

I arrived from Johor at 5 in the morning and was told the hotel was fully booked, even though I’d booked earlier on Agoda and the room still showed as available. The receptionist said they’d cancel the booking and refund me right away, but I still haven’t received anything. They can’t even verify it now. It feels like they’re trying to get easy money. Liars.

The room was fine for sleeping and staying a few days. The toilet was pretty ordinary, but fair enough for such a cheap rate. It’s close to UiTM Shah Alam and I-City Mall.

There was no wardrobe in my room. The shower holder was broken, and water was leaking under the sink tap.
