We checked out the next day with a different receptionist, who suddenly asked us to pay extra because there were four of us. He tried calling the receptionist from the day before, but got no answer. We only got RM5 back from the RM15 deposit. The morning receptionist treated us badly, and the room was unhygienic. My family of four checked into a family room listed for three after the receptionist said it was okay, so we thought, yay! But upstairs we found the room was still being cleaned. The sheets looked dirty, as if they hadn’t been changed, and one pillowcase had dirt that looked like dried saliva 🤢. The toilet wasn’t very clean either.

The hotel staff said they don’t accept online bookings and aren’t with OYO anymore. Agoda also couldn’t refund my booking. The toilet was horrible. Anyone thinking of staying here should just forget it.

We had to cancel after Waze sent us to the middle of the road, far from the hotel’s actual location. We arrived at the “wrong” place around midnight, and by then the hotel was closed. Please make sure the address is correct and synced with the other websites selling your rooms. Stop making things difficult for your customers. I wish I could give you no stars at all!

They wouldn't honor my Book.com reservation at check-in and told me to pay the walk-in rate instead, blaming the pandemic. If they can't take bookings through apps, they shouldn't list themselves there. It feels like a scam.
