The room was comfortable and the service was good, but after sleeping in the bed we both felt itchy. I’m not sure why. It’s conveniently located near fast food outlets.

Everything is within walking distance, which made the location super convenient. Kluang Railway Coffee is a five-minute walk away, there’s a 7-Eleven beside the hotel for snacks and essentials, and Domino’s Pizza and McDonald’s are just across the road for a quick meal. The hotel was clean, cosy and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A relaxing place to stay, and I’ll definitely come back.

This isn’t a luxury hotel, but it’s decent, clean and comfortable, right in the heart of town with almost everything within walking distance. I recommend the Deluxe King with a window: its bathroom is spacious and pleasant to use, and the water pressure is strong. Don’t book a room without windows. It’s too small and claustrophobic, and you’ll regret it.

I booked the deluxe king room and everything was good. The only downside was the warm lighting 😌

The king bed was incredibly comfortable, and my room was roomy, clean and very tidy. It seemed like care had gone into keeping it that way. Parking was limited, which was a hassle, and there was no breakfast or pool. Even with those drawbacks, I had a pleasant stay.
