For a short business stay, it was okay. The room was basic but did what I needed. Towels were supplied, but no toiletries, coffee, or tea. The location is convenient, right above Kluang Rail Coffee and next to Ninso.

I booked a single room and the AC wasn’t working properly. At first I was disappointed by the lack of an elevator and the weak hot water, but after I let the staff know, they gave me a double bed room. I was really satisfied with that, haha. Thanks for the service! ☺️

I had a fantastic visit to Kluang Rail Coffee at the hotel. The café was really spacious, and the fritters and waffles were filling. The food arrived by robot. I’d happily go back.

The staff are friendly, and the popular Kluang Rail Coffee is right on the ground floor. If you expect a lot from hotel room conditions, though, this may not be the best choice. The bathroom in particular looks dated. It could be fine for a short stay.

I was in Kluang to hunt for food and spent one night at Capital O 90767 Rail Hotel in a Deluxe King Room. The room was spacious and clean. They have a Coway water machine for refilling drinking water any time. There’s no iron in the room, but the ironing room is beside the reception counter. There was plenty of parking nearby, and parking is free on Fridays and Public Holidays. I was satisfied with the room and will stay here again next time.
