I slept really well in the bed, and the room was roomy enough for two and pretty comfortable. The ventilation could be better, but it was still a very nice stay :)

The price didn’t match the quality of the room, and I left disappointed. As soon as I entered, there was a strong bad smell, like rats. The walls looked dull and moldy, and the bathroom was unclean, with black mildew visible. I wouldn’t consider staying here again.

I needed one night here while visiting someone at HUSM, but I wouldn’t recommend it. The outside looks nice, while the room was small and old, with bugs, and didn’t feel worth the price. The air conditioner leaked onto my luggage, which was underneath it, and my clothes were wet by morning. I complained to the manager, but got no compensation, only an offer to change rooms. What for?

The staff were really kind, and my stay was very pleasant. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable.

The reception staff were polite, helpful, and professional, which I appreciated. The room, though, was a letdown: dusty, with a bad-smelling carpet and visible stains on the walls and bed frame. The prayer space was too small to be comfortable. It looked very different from the pictures I’d seen online, especially on TikTok, and wasn’t what I expected. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the rooms to match those online expectations.
