I booked through Agoda, but when I got there the property said they wouldn't honor it because the price was too low and told me to request a refund. That's their issue, not the customer's. This was ridiculously unprofessional. Avoid the place, or you could end up stranded.
2/10
The room was small, dirty, and unhygienic, and the place felt isolated and unsafe. There was no receptionist after 5 pm, and noise from other rooms carried through. It doesn't deserve even one star.
6/10
It was worth the money for somewhere to sleep while I handled work nearby. I was out with my schedule during the day and only came back at night to rest.
2/10
I couldn't get an answer to my calls or a reply to my email, and the hotel showed no tolerance. I won't book here again. I wish I could give it zero stars.
4/10
Don't expect much from the room service, and the facilities need an upgrade from the owner. This place doesn't really deserve to be called an OYO. I won't be coming back.
