We arrived late and found that the hotel wasn't at the address, so we had to find somewhere else. When we contacted the man, he said the room wasn't ready and that he'd try to refund us. Don't book here.

The hotel seems to be closed and no longer exists, yet Booking and Agoda still take reservations for it.

This is a house, not a hotel. It may not meet safety standards, and it may not be licensed by the local authority to operate as a business.

We drove nearly five hours from outside Kelantan, only to be told at check-in that the price differed from what the app showed. The owner can raise the booking price however he wants, so we had to move to another hotel.

Fraud. They said it was a Clash issue and the wrong app, even though that was five months ago. Has nobody done anything to fix it?
