Everything else is fine, but the lift system is a real convenience problem. The lifts themselves aren’t technically slow; they just aren’t smart about occupancy, so they keep stopping at every floor where someone pressed the button, even when full. I’ve seen the same issue at other Exsim properties. There’s also no separation between the high and low zones, which adds to the feeling that the lifts are slow. Exsim should look into it.

Lights were left on, and when I WhatsApped security about the noise, nobody replied. People were playing basketball loudly after 10pm and still making BBQ noise after 11pm, with shouting and bouncing balls. Residents need to sleep. It’s really frustrating and disappointing, and Dvervain management needs to enforce quiet hours. At the moment it feels like nobody is managing the place.

I was here on delivery runs on 24.05.25 and 01.05.26. Lobby A is tight for a large vehicle like a pickup truck to maneuver, but Lobby B has enough room. The guards were polite and friendly. 👍🏽

The lift is painfully slow and inefficient. Sometimes it just sits idle, so we have to wait for a full lift to arrive. Such a waste of time!

Really troublesome, even when the building isn’t fully occupied. The lift is ALWAYS breaking down. For such a well-known developer, the service is very bad, and it seems they used cheap, low-quality lifts and other materials.
