This is among the tallest twin towers in Kota Bharu, right in the centre and well placed. KPJ hospital is within walking distance, Hotel Perdana is opposite, and Stadium Bola Sultan Muhammad is nearby too. There's parking on two underground levels as well as outside. During Ramadan, many people stay at this chantiquevilla apartment because iftar and daily sunat tarawikh are held at the stadium opposite. Wheelchairs can be rented for RM22 per 24 hours with no deposit, and rental is free for poor people of any race or religion. There is also a large event hall, and an ATM at the nearby KPJ hospital lobby.

Our Ar-Rayyan unit, booked through booking.com, was really good. We got around by public transport, so I can't really comment on the parking. The place was clean, well maintained and smelled lovely. Mr Iqbal, our host, was friendly and very helpful. Everything is walkable, and Grab is readily available if you're exploring Kota Bharu.

We do COD deliveries here regularly if anyone needs something to eat. House rules mean we can't take orders up to KTC customers' doors, so we meet in the lobby with the food in our hot delivery bag. It stays warm for hours.
