The rooms smelled bad and were dusty. The receptionist tried to deceive me into paying more cash, so I had to call the police and wait an hour. It was very frustrating and awful. One of the worst hotels ever, don't even think of going.

We booked a twin room, but were given a different one. It was dirty and full of bugs, and the receptionist was very aggressive and attacked us.

Our room smelled like something was burning, and the old receptionist wasn't friendly. They first gave us a different room, then offered another one at a higher price, which we turned down. The building was just a bad-looking gray block with no OYO sign, and it was hard to find because the pinned location was wrong. The Google photos are bad too, and I don't want them misleading people. This was a bad experience, and I hope they change the actual photo on Google. Customers shouldn't be treated this way or misled, and earning money like this isn't halal. I don't know the owner's religion, but no religion permits this kind of behavior. I'm unhappy with this accommodation.

At 9 am I checked the location, and the receptionist told me the rooms were ready. I paid through the app for three rooms shortly afterward. Once payment went through, the receptionist suddenly said they weren't ready, leaving my family on their own. Remember karma, and don't make a habit of taking what belongs to others.
