The location is excellent, right in town near Bata, Guardian, Transnasional Bas stesen, my bas, local food, a shopping mall and pizza places. The hotel itself was a nightmare. The building is very old, our room was dusty, the bathroom smelled bad, and the corridor carpet was worn and dusty. It seemed like nobody cleaned the hotel. The air conditioning barely worked, and we waited four hours for the room to get cold. This is the worst budget hotel I've ever stayed in, and I can't think of anything good to say about it. If they aren't going to renovate, they should close it.

The service was good, and the air conditioner cooled well. The place is a bit old, but that was okay. We had warm water for a very cold shower, though the flushing in room 218 was broken and pressing it wouldn't bring the water down.

I lasted only ten minutes in the room before asking for a refund and checking out. It smelled awful, there was dust everywhere, and the mattress was very dirty. I was scared something might come out of the wardrobe, and it seemed I was the only guest there. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I wouldn't recommend it, even though the price is quite expensive for such an old place. Please don't stay here.

It may once have been a great place, but now it feels run down. The room and bathroom are spacious. There was a tiny old cathode tube TV, a mini fridge, a cupboard, a desk, and a tea set with a kettle.

It's an old building with antique hotel facilities in the middle of new castle (kota bharu). The workers were friendly and helpful. It's near a bus station, a mosque and pasar siti khadijah.
