I booked so many hotels and usually I can chat through Agoda without giving them my phone number. I hadn't cancelled this booking, but you passed the room to someone else without even asking me to confirm. I still can't understand why you released it. And if a customer cancels last minute, Agoda's cancellation policy means you still get paid, even if they don't show up. So your business logic doesn't make sense :) Edited for your reply: You told me to educate myself, but you should have clearly said there was no 24 hour check-in. That information was misleading. Your customer booked for 24 hour check-in for a reason. I was driving from Kedah to Kelantan after work, only to find there was no room. How would a customer know to tell you, unless you state the check-in hours? Please take our feedback into account too, and educate yourself on running a business. You said, “No hotel waits for a customer who hasn't paid until 7am.” Maybe you've never had a customer use a credit card :) The booking said it was booked with a credit card, so where would I run off to? If something happened, the charge would still go through because my card is linked to the booking. That's different from choosing to pay cash at the counter. Not every customer is trying to cheat a business like that. You didn't even apologize :) Your manners and etiquette are terrible. How can you improve that way?

If all you need is a bed for the night, this inn is probably the best option in the area. It's the only hotel nearby with acceptable quality unless you're willing to travel 30minutes to 1hour to Kota Bharu. The location is convenient, near 7Eleven and McDonald's, and the price is good. Try to get the largest room, the RM90 one, since it's in relatively better condition than the others. The TV is hopeless, the water heater doesn't always work, and the A/C isn't in great shape.

Nobody was here. Glad I didn't book online, or I would've lost my money.

Nice place, good service, and a big room for a nice price. I'd say give this hotel a try.
