They helped me reschedule twice through Agoda because of floods in another district, and for that alone I'd give them five stars. The room was clean, though signs of wear are showing and it could use a touch-up. The lobby and common areas need the same. Prices were reasonable, and it's still as good as I remembered from years ago. Keep it up.

I spent four nights in a premium twin room and was very happy with it. The hotel is modern and right in the city centre, with English-speaking staff. My room was clean and had a Smart-TV, strong Wi-Fi, kettle, and fridge. The shower had great pressure and really hot water. There are water dispensers in the hallway, too. A really good stay, would recommend!

The location is fantastic, with popular seafood restaurants a short walk away and several travel companies just across the street in Asia City. It's a central spot, and they're upgrading the hotel, which gives it a nice feel. Staff were polite and helpful when I needed assistance. I booked the cheapest room for two nights. It was small, but otherwise good for the stay. The bigger deluxe twin rooms have a small fridge. I liked having two pillows, and the bed was comfortable and clean. The room was clean too. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Recommended 🥰.

Cititel express is about 1 km from popular Gaya street, and there are a few 24-hour eateries nearby. The location and service were both great. We had a standard room on the second floor. It was a little small, but cozy enough for two, and the bed fit two adults comfortably. There were movies on the TV, and the amenities included bottled water. There's also a dispenser on the same floor. A good place to stay if you're spending time around the city.

Jeremy was funny, LOL. We had a pleasant night here and would come back. The city-centre spot is convenient, with shops and plenty of food nearby, and Gaya street is about 1km away. Hope the price stays the same even if occupancy goes up.
