The website listed my room at RM 57, but at check-in the counter staff said the hotel charged a different rate and asked us to pay another RM 40 for the booking. We refused and requested our money back, but the hotel policy wouldn't allow a refund, so we had to pay extra even though the mix-up wasn't our fault. The staff were very rude. I wouldn't recommend it at all. 👎👎

I booked and paid through Agoda at RM 50 a night. At check-in, reception asked for another RM 20, saying the room should cost RM 70. Agoda's agent told me there shouldn't be an extra charge, so the price shown on Agoda was misleading for people choosing this hotel.

They charged me an extra RM35 at check-in. When I asked why, they said the system wasn't up to date, and even the boss said that was the reason. If the rates really aren't updated, they shouldn't be promoting the hotel on the website. At RM70, the room conditions aren't worth the price either.

The room looked nothing like the Agoda pictures, and they wanted a RM20 deposit that wasn't mentioned there. There was also an undisclosed RM11 fee, and they nearly charged me RM5 an hour for checking in early, another thing Agoda hadn't mentioned. The staff were cold and not very friendly, except for the Muslim woman on the night shift, who was nice. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it.

The room was cramped and uncomfortable, with a cigarette smell, and the area felt a bit eerie. One morning I saw a guy chasing another guy with a cane right outside the hotel. For one night, the price might make it okay for men, but it's a definite no for women travelling alone.
