There was no lift, and I was put on the top floor. The air conditioner in my room wasn't working properly. I asked staff to move me, but they had no other room available. Management should check that things work before selling rooms to guests. It deserves no stars. I'll never stay here again and can't recommend it.

Sumandak at reception was beautiful and friendly, always smiling. The room was spacious, though the air conditioner smelled a little. That was okay for the experience overall. If I come back to KK, of course I'll stay here again. A superb budget hotel.

I brought my family, including elderly relatives, and we really loved staying here. The room was clean and big, especially for the cheap price. There are lots of public parking spaces, though you need to pay for the stamp on workdays. No lift, so you'll have to take the stairs. We'll come back!

The air conditioner dripped water onto my bags, leaving them soaked. The room wasn't as clean as I expected, with lots of dust on the walls and a cockroach in the bathroom. The location also isn't great for tourists. There's only one mamak stall downstairs, so you have to drive elsewhere to get something to eat.

The walls and bedsheets had dirty stains, and the air conditioner was leaking. With no lift, you'll get to enjoy carrying your luggage up to level 3.
