The apartments are a little old but kept in good condition, and check-in and check-out were easy. The location is convenient, right in the heart of KK City. The mall, coin laundry, convenience shops, restaurants, massage centre, and coffee shops are all about a five-minute walk away.

The room interior has improved, but the Wi-Fi and water are still bad. I couldn’t cook or even heat water because no water came from the sink, and there was barely any in the toilet. We couldn’t even connect to the Wi-Fi. Anyone considering booking should think twice.
For an overnight stay, nearly RM 1K for a mediocre room feels like overpaying. They’d only just started cleaning when we checked in, and the room still looked poorly done: wet floors with dust specks, hair on the stairs, no amenities, a dirty bathroom, and stained sofa and chairs. It was nothing like the photos. The elevator kept breaking down and didn’t work properly. It felt like a scam, showing pictures of well-made units while giving guests something completely different.
We moved out immediately because the unit was in such bad shape. The sofa was mouldy and sagged, the carpentry looked chewed by termites, and the shower area had black buckets of water in it. There were roaches in the cabinets, dead plug points, leaking sinks, and a worn-out wardrobe. They offered us another room, but it had the same leaking-water problem. This was the worst property I’ve stayed in, with the worst host.
We arrived around 1 AM on 12/7/2025 and left on 13/7/2025, so it was just one night. The place was adequate for a short rest, though cleanliness was only average. The atmosphere was generally pleasant, but flights could be heard about once an hour because it’s near Sabah’s airport. If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to airplane noise, it may not suit you. The location was a real plus. There are lots of places to eat within walking distance at night, making it convenient for trying local food. It’s a reasonable choice if location and convenience matter more than luxury.
