The hotel's connection to the mall makes it awkward and not very convenient. When the mall shuts, the lights are off and the lobby outside the lift feels spooky and unwelcoming. It seems too exposed to the mall. If you're here for something naughty, you might not mind the rest, but with family this place may feel a bit off. The photos make it look like a pretty decent hotel.

I was too scared to sleep, constantly watching out for cockroaches.

The place is in very poor condition. The air conditioners are bad and don't work properly, and the bedsheets are dirty. I wouldn't recommend it.
