The room was so clean, the water pressure was great, and I felt fresh after showering. Body wash and shampoo were provided in the toilet. I booked a twin room for three days and two nights through the hotel's own website, which was cheaper than Agoda, and was surprised by how big the room was. It had just one mirror, in the toilet, which I didn't like. There's a lift, and plenty of food shops and a supermarket nearby. So far, so good. I'd stay again.

The second room they gave me was much smaller than the first, with a stained mattress and dusty floor. My first room had a burnt air conditioner, a serious fire hazard, but the staff acted as if they didn't believe me. I waited until 11 p.m. just to speak to management. Staff were rude and disrespectful, making faces and speaking badly in front of my mother. Management was arrogant and claimed all rooms were the same and the hotel was full, neither of which was true. This was the worst hotel experience I've had. I found it unsafe and dishonest, and won't return or recommend it.

The room was clean and the customer service was good. I booked two nights at first, then stayed a third because it was worth it.

Good value, close to amenities, with spacious, clean rooms. There's a lift serving every floor.
