I've stayed here three times. The pool is a highlight, it’s quite big and has lots of different areas. The room was spacious and had a bathtub, though each visit I was given the same Standard Suite, which had no view. The staff sent directions for check-in and parking before I arrived. It was a little hassle at first, but the heads-up helped. I’d come back, but every date is fully booked 😂😂.

The room was great, with an awesome view, and it was easy to get around the city. Customer service in Malaysia doesn’t seem to be a top priority like it is in Singapore. The receptionist can be rude and gives the impression they don’t want to hear complaints. If you need help, you have to keep walking to the other building. I asked for a towel and reminded them several times, but after four hours it still hadn’t arrived, so I gave up.

The apartment-style room was spacious and had a kitchen, but it was very dirty. Dust covered the carpet and chairs, the kettle and drying tray were rusty, and the induction cooker didn’t work. Neither TV, in the room or living room, had a signal. I went to the front desk to ask them to clean. They only made the bed and changed the towel. The next day, they left our wet towel and didn’t provide a fresh one. The service was very poor. I hope management improves it so they can have more tenants.

There’s security, and the room has a stove, microwave, washing machine, shower tank, pans, plates, spoons, and forks. But it’s inconvenient that check-in and check-out happen at another building, there’s no desk phone, and they provide only one access key. With two people, neither of you can go out alone because you need that key to use the elevator.
