The Pakistani guy at reception was the worst I've seen. He had a terrible attitude, shouting and making a lot of noise, and getting angry as if we hadn't paid. Don't check in here.

Don't book through travel apps for a night arrival. I ordered a room so I could rest, but there was nobody at reception. I called and tried to reach the number several times with no answer. The other customers were very unhygienic and seemed free to do whatever they wanted. I don't recommend this hotel to solo local travelers at all.

The location was good, and everything else was good too. The receptionist was friendly and behaved well. The hotel price is cheap.

The capsules were modern, comfortable and surprisingly quiet, a welcome break from the busy city. The capsules, common areas and bathrooms were all spotless and well maintained. The location is right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, and it's just a short walk to Jalan Alor, the famous food street. Being able to get delicious local street food within minutes was a highlight of my trip. A great stay at this affordable, convenient and clean capsule hotel.

Lakshan was amazing, always polite, welcoming and smiling, and made sure guests had what they needed. His hospitality and work attitude were excellent. The location is lively, right in the heart of KL by the malls, restaurants and Jalan Alor street food. The monorail and local metro are about a 2-minute walk away, but inside the hostel you can't hear the city rush. There's air conditioning, clean sleeping units and bathrooms, plus a fridge, hot and cold water, free wifi, a hairdryer and lockers for valuables. Thank you.
