i’m telling you, chairman, this management sucks. they take no responsibility for damage, even when your car is parked inside. the lifts are always breaking, and management takes forever to reply on whatsapp, like they’re dodging the problem. it also takes ages for them to sort anything out. my car was parked inside and the windshield broke, but they wouldn’t take responsibility. there’s no cctv for visitor parking, which is why they put in the terms that “parking pass clearly states that vehicles are parked at your own risk”. my suggestion: don’t rent here, change management

There are 28 floors in this single-block condominium, with 12 apartments on each floor. It has three lifts, G-3A(4) for parking, a management office, and some other limited facilities. The pool is half indoors. On level 3A there’s also a small kids’ play area, a celebration room, a surao, and the management office. The community is mainly Chinese, but people of other races and all kinds of food are common here. The apartments are spacious compared with most buildings in this range, and they’re neat and clean. I especially like the L-shaped kitchen, with its built-in refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, and full set of nice cupboards. Most apartments have three rooms and two toilets, with rooms 2 and 3 sharing a toilet accessed from inside the room. Some apartments have four rooms, or 3+1 rooms. A good place for a somewhat longer stay with family, and a good community.

Nice place, but wow, the lifts are so slow!

The flats are spacious, the views are awesome, and the passageways are wide.
