Bradley’s friendly, patient service really stood out. He was easy to approach, explained things clearly when I needed help, and made sure the visit went smoothly. The lounge itself was tidy and comfortable, with a welcoming, calm feel compared with the busy airport outside, though it did get a little crowded at times. There was room to sit back, whether you wanted to rest, eat, or just pass the time. The food selection was satisfying, with light bites, warm meals and pastries that looked freshly prepared and well presented. Complimentary drinks were a nice extra. It was a genuinely enjoyable break from the airport rush before my journey. Plaza Premium Lounge has a comfortable setting, good refreshments and excellent service. It’s a solid place to relax before a KLIA2 flight, and I’d recommend it and visit again.

Nurain Izzati was especially kind and understanding. Since we checked in late, she listened to our situation and helped extend our lounge stay. That made an already stressful situation much more comfortable. Her professionalism and willingness to help deserve appreciation. The lounge is clean and pleasant, with comfortable seating and a calm atmosphere away from the crowded terminal. The food was good and freshly prepared, though there are limited choices for people who are fully vegetarian or vegan. The chef kindly made fresh pasta to suit our taste, which we really appreciated. A few more vegetarian and vegan dishes would improve the experience. As it stands, it’s a comfortable spot for a quiet break before a flight, with good food and excellent service.

After a long flight of more than eight hours, I arrived at KLIA2 from Melbourne around 2:00 PM, tired and hungry. I went to Plaza Premium Lounge to rest and have what I think is one of the best curry laksa in town. Cik Haireen, the Lounge Supervisor, welcomed me warmly. Her polite manner, genuine smile and friendly conversation helped ease my fatigue and made me feel at home. Her hospitality made the visit especially pleasant. I hope Plaza Premium Lounge has more staff with her professionalism, warmth and dedication to guests. Thank you, Cik Haireen.

A spacious seating area made it easy to relax and recharge before my flight. The KLIA Terminal 2 lounge was clean and well maintained, with a good range of nicely presented food and drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. A great place to rest and have a meal before travelling.
