Agile Residence TRX by Isabella

The best part is how close it is to TRX Exchange and the MRT station, about a six-minute walk. It's a very nice new condo in an excellent location, and the unit was clean and quiet. The pool and gym are solid amenities. I'll stay here again when I'm back in KL.

there's a convenience store nearby and a mamak right in front, which made things easier. the pool clothing rules are relaxed too, so jersey or other swim-friendly clothes are fine. the place was clean and comfortable, just like the photos, and the host was quick to reply throughout our stay. had a great time and definitely recommend it 😊

The flat was clean and tidy, and the location was quite good. It's close enough to walk to the busy district, malls, and restaurants. On day three, we took the kids to the pool level and only then found out the pool was closed for maintenance. Nobody had told us in advance, and all of us were really disappointed. The next day, a lift went out of order, leaving just two lifts for 60 floors. Some guests checking out waited over an hour in the unventilated lift lobby. We were lucky to be on the 6th floor, so I carried the bags down through the car park.

The host and management team made things easy, with smooth communication, simple check-in, and quick, professional responses to requests. The apartment, Agile Residence TRX by Isabella, was modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, nicely designed, and well furnished for a short or long stay. It's very close to TRX and key city attractions, so shopping, dining, and business are convenient. The building felt secure, quiet, and well maintained. The pool, gym, and common areas were also high quality and added to the stay. Easily one of the best serviced apartments in KL. I'd highly recommend it to travelers, professionals, or families looking for a premium stay with top-tier service.
