M Centura Sentul Apartments

M Centura Sentul feels peaceful and family-friendly, with a sense of community among residents. The residence is modern and well designed, with clean architecture, secure entry, and facilities including a pool, gym, and landscaped garden. The units are bright and spacious, laid out with comfort and practicality in mind. It offers a comfortable, stylish version of city living and would make a great home.

I’ve been here since mid-2022 in a Type A, 650 sq ft unit. It’s a decent apartment, and the big pool, air-conditioned gym, four indoor badminton courts, six lifts per block, visitor parking and easy bill payment through the mahsing app are all useful. Still, the court lighting has bad glare from the windows and ceiling lights, and you have to book ahead. Visitors can only park overnight for 12 hours. Type A has no balcony or utility room for the washer and cleaning supplies. Some neighbors leave rubbish in shared areas and parking spots, or dump large things in the refuse room. Broken lifts and gym equipment also take a long time to fix. A balcony would make the place much better.

The guard system was a really bad experience, very clunky and frustrating. I’d give it one star, while the apartment itself gets five. It’s affordable, spacious, fully furnished, and has three rooms and two sitting toilets. There’s plenty of parking, cookware if you want to cook, and the pools are on the 7th floor. It’s also close to street food. Just be aware that only the living room and master bedroom have air conditioning. Please tidy the apartment before you leave.

There are lots of nice cafes just a few minutes’ walk away, and the view is lovely too 🥰. The place is well connected by bus and MRT, with KL city centre nearby.
