Lisora Hotel

I was only there for a temporary night and had no plans to stay long. The price may be very cheap compared with the usual rate, but the staff's rough, uncultivated behavior was unacceptable. They were rude, uninterested in being friendly, and the service was terrible. As far as I know, the staff are all non-Malaysians, Bangladeshi or Indian. They wouldn't clean the room and rudely said they wouldn't provide towels, tissues, or soap. Their explanation was that these items are supplied only once at check-in, not daily. No hotel in the world would say this, unless this one. I've never had such a bad hotel experience, and the service is hard to describe. Don't come if you don't want the same situation. The staff acted like animals rather than human beings.
