The apartment itself was fine for the several months I lived here, but daily life could be difficult because I work from home. Renovations in neighboring units kept making noise, fire alarms went off frequently, and there were disruptions for work unrelated to the apartment. If you're thinking of renting here, keep that in mind.

The women's prayer room on the 36th floor smells awful and is very untidy. Clothes are scattered around, like in someone's home, and it seems they really can't keep the place clean.

Good morning. I want to report something that happened three days ago at about 01.35. I went to throw out the trash but couldn't, because a janitor was urinating in the bin on level 36. I waited for the person to come out, then saw it was a female janitor from Alfa Bangsar, around 40-45 years old. After she left, I threw my trash away. The bin smelled very bad. I've also seen the person who cleaned level 20, and that person doesn't do a good job.

Getting out took us 15 minutes on a Friday at 3 pm, which wasn't even peak hour. Cars were backed up at the entrance and exit, and guards had to direct traffic. The parking layout in this new modern building is unbelievably bad: the lanes are so narrow you have to reverse and wait for others to get through. A pickup truck came down my lane as I was driving up. Larger SUVs and MPVs needed several three-point turns to make it downhill.
