Ami Suites

We had a fantastic stay in Kuala Lumpur. The apartment was modern, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The city views and facilities were incredible, especially at night, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was convenient for exploring KL while still being away from the busiest tourist areas. There’s a BilaBila convenience store on the ground floor and an Allo Café. Grab and FoodPanda were easy options for ordering in on a lazy day or night. I’d happily stay here again on another visit.

The location made it easy to get to nearby places and transportation, and I found the atmosphere calm and quiet, like a home away from home. During my 5-day stay at Ami Suites Hotel, the staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable to come back to after a long day. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and the amenities stayed well maintained. Ami Suites Hotel exceeded my expectations for comfort, service, and value. I really enjoyed the stay, would recommend it to anyone wanting an easy, pleasant hotel stay, and look forward to returning.

We booked rooms only, and ours was spacious on a high floor with views of Petronas. It had a table, microwave, plates, washing machine, and fridge. Downstairs, the Indian supermarket is excellent, with pizza and ice cream too. I enjoyed the homely feel of the room, and there’s a tucked-away lounge that became my daily escape as an introvert. The front desk also kindly helped by getting the remote control battery changed.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and it was convenient to get around by Grab. Pubika shopping centre is about a 10-minute walk away. Our room on L37 had a view of the twin towers, and it was spacious, comfortable, and clean, including the toilet. There was a small kitchen area for simple food prep and a dining table for two. Breakfast was included at the café beside the hotel lobby on the first floor. It was simple: you choose a main dish, and they provide tea, coffee, and some pastries. The sky pool is small, and five or six people fill the whole space. The sky gym is tiny too, so it’s not suitable if you really want to work out here. I couldn’t sleep well because noise continued for hours from 2-4am. Maybe the apartment’s soundproofing could be improved.
