The location is a big part of the appeal. Jalan Alor’s famous food street, trendy cafes, and public transit like Plaza Rakyat are all a short walk away, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang. The building is clean, modern, and feels secure. There’s an infinity pool, gym, and rooftop deck with breathtaking views across the KL skyline, including Merdeka 118. A great fit for tourists booking an Airbnb or people staying longer.
Check-in and check-out were easy to do yourself, and the location is convenient. The layout is oddly interesting: to reach the only bathroom, other guests have to walk through your bedroom. It’s really a room for two, even though they’ve put a bed in the living area and sell it as suitable for four adults. It isn’t. They should also give clear instructions for the TV. There’s a small power button underneath, and we ended up texting to ask someone to come and “fix” it. Otherwise, it’s cheap and does the job.
The apartment was roomy, clean, comfortable, and had what we needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were well looked after, and the place had a modern, welcoming feel. Staff were friendly and ready to help with requests. It’s also easy to explore Kuala Lumpur from here, with restaurants, shops, and major attractions close by. I had a great time and would stay again. Follow along for more travel content: Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube: @mariano.w.castro.
Really convenient spot, close to places to eat, public transport, malls, and more. Our room was very clean, and the stay was pleasant. The host replied quickly on Agoda and WhatsApp. Farah was great, too, with very nice service. Would recommend staying here if you’re in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Five stars!
The building seems to be relying on its old reputation, with little sign of maintenance. The gym has old, broken equipment: of four treadmills, one doesn’t work and two have no incline. The yoga room is disgusting and needs a proper clean, fresh paint, and new mats. Trash rooms are often full, there’s litter in the hallways, and the elevators are frequently being serviced. Security feels like a formality since people are let in without checks. Don’t bother staying.
