There are handy food options and convenience stores nearby, and it’s easy to get to major areas. The 24/7 security and lift access also helped me feel comfortable and safe during the stay. The pool is stunning, with a city view that makes a great photo backdrop, and the rooftop garden and chill-out spots were nice places to unwind after a long day. For the price, the space and facilities make this good value. It could suit a business trip, couple’s getaway, or short vacation. I highly recommend it and will return next time I’m in KL.

The Front Desk Muscle guy was friendly and helpful, and the Cleaner was very polite. The shampoo was good quality, but for a week-long stay they only left me one small bottle. When I asked the front desk for more, another staff member said I could only get one bottle every 2days. Each day when I went out, I had to go to the Lobby void for Parking, where they asked for my room number. That didn’t feel safe to me, and there were very many Foreigner.

The parking exit turned into an argument because security insisted I couldn't leave without a key, even though the agent had supplied just one key for three people. When I explained that, the guard said it was the agent's problem. This is something management and the property agents should sort out, not leave guests to deal with. I also couldn't get help from security on two other occasions. They couldn't communicate in basic English when I needed directions to parking, and later couldn't understand that my card wouldn't let me into the lobby. We ended up relying on hand gestures, which got nowhere. The basement parking guard was incredibly rude as well. I hate this place and won't come back or recommend it. The service was horrible, and management should address these issues.
