AnCasa Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown

The food selection was huge, and everything tasted beyond words. The service was outstanding too. This was our second Ramadan buffet here, and it exceeded expectations again. Chef Faizal really went all out, and represented Ancasa with great pride. Kudos to him! -Mas-

The main courses and desserts were all delicious, and there was an impressive range to choose from. Every dish at iftar showed care in its flavor, presentation, and authenticity. Thank you, Chef Umer, for making the meal so enjoyable. You can feel the passion and dedication he puts into his cooking.

Rasel（8th floor) from housekeeping was polite and helpful during my five-night stay, and the front desk handled an issue with friendliness and humility when I’d booked the wrong room type. I didn’t get the front desk staff member’s name. I’d stayed here for three nights in 2025 and encountered a very rude, impatient female staff member at the desk, so I’m glad the service has improved this year. After such a good experience, I’d consider staying again when I return to Kuala Lumpur.

I stayed four nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel and rooms were clean and well maintained, and the whole staff was helpful and polite. My room had a desk, small table, two chairs, coffee maker, and safe. It’s great value for the price, and the location is excellent. Chinatown, central market, independance square, restaurants, stores, and transportation hubs are walkable. Other tourist attractions are a short drive away. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
