For a solo backpacker visiting Bukit Bintang, this is a comfortable, fairly inexpensive place to rest. It's in a convenient spot with restaurants and a 7 eleven nearby, and Berjaya Times Square is about a ten-minute trip away.

The rooftop view was fantastic, with Merdecka tower and Petronas in the distance. I loved staying here and found it a great base for exploring KL. The private capsule was comfortable, the air con ran reliably, and the WiFi was superbly fast. My only issue was the shared shower and toilet units. Maybe that's a Malaysian thing, or just a way to save space. Highly recommended.

The capsules still feel like a little adventure, and the location is very close to bukit bintang. When we pointed out that we'd been given the wrong room, the man at reception was friendly and polite and tried to sort out the problem straight away. The staff were very friendly.

You can walk in and still find a bed for 26-36 RM a night. The receptionist is super nice, and you can use the rooftop and the pool at their boutique hotel. Bring your own towel and lock.

The staff put me in a 16-bed room even though I'd booked a four-bed room. There was another empty room of the same type, but instead he insisted I switch to the 16-bed one. My room also had a constant, very loud water pump noise, and there was loud noise both inside and outside around 1-2 am. It felt like the staff were making customers pay for their mistake and taking advantage of them. A horrible hostel.
