The night staff member did an excellent job helping us when the air-conditioning stopped working around 3 am for an unexpected reason. A bird's nest near the wires had damaged a few cables, and it was too hot for us to sleep. The hotel was fully occupied, so we couldn't get another room. He brought us a stand fan to help us sleep better. We really appreciated the team's response.

This was my second stay, and the location is still the best thing about it. It's near everything, with a food street one street behind the hotel. The chendol shop downstairs is good 👍👍, and the nearby Donkai Japanese restaurant serves really nice beef patty, though it's a bit overpriced and not filling. You can get a massage two stores away from 65Rm, and Times Square is worth visiting for cheap buys. The hotel is really good value, but music outside can make it noisy at night, so I wouldn't recommend it for light sleepers. Apart from that, everything is amazing.

The team were friendly and did their best to make my stay comfortable. The hotel is right in the city center, handy for shopping. There are sex workers in the surrounding neighborhood, but I don't see that as something caused by the hotel. A couple of practical things: the room has warm yellow lighting, which felt a little dim to me. The hot water tank is enough for about two showers, then you may need to wait around 15 minutes for it to heat again. It's a smoke-free place with no balconies. I asked about visitors in person and was told that, as a single guest, I could bring up to two people to my room. I'd been unsure after seeing mixed reviews, but it was an okay stay.

You can walk from the hotel to plenty of food and shopping, and there are 7-11 and KK Mart stores nearby that stay open 24 hours. The room is on the small side, but it has the things you need.
