The location puts you among the nightlife, a couple of prominent skyscrapers, inexpensive Indian food, and a big mall. For a solo traveler with low expectations who’ll mostly be out, it might be workable. For couples, families, business partners, or a group of friends, I wouldn’t choose it. The hotel feels old and poorly maintained: the carpet is disgusting, furniture is rundown, curtains are broken, and the restroom is barely okay. The AC can’t be controlled and blasts cold air, while the TV seems decorative because all the channels are fuzzy. The pillows are heavily stained, and the Wi-Fi is horrible. A guest probably wouldn’t be impressed, though I don’t think they’d run away.

Getting around is easy: you can get a Grab or taxi, take the free GoKL bus, walk to the monorail or KLCC, and McD is just across the street. There are bars all around, so people who like bars may enjoy the location. The hotel itself needs renovation, though. Some of the furniture is in poor condition, and the lighting is very weak, with just one downlight for the whole room.

Good value in the heart of kuala lumpur, near the petronas twin tower. We booked a bigger room for the family so everyone would be more comfortable. Bring small change to pay, since they won’t give you 1 or 2 ringgit back.

This was my second stay here. I had an urgent meeting at KLCC and don’t know KL roads well, so I wanted somewhere within walking distance. The hotel is just in front of KLCC, about a five minute walk away. The parking felt a little scary, but it’s safe, so don’t worry.

We were here for 3d2n as a family and booked two deluxe rooms. We’re not fussy guests and spent more time walking around, so the rooms were okay for us. The aircond couldn’t be controlled, which made me feel cold at night. The receptionist deserves 4 stars for being so nice and helpful when we asked about the area, places to eat, and where to walk. tq.
