The hotel is rather cheap, with friendly staff and easy check-in and check-out. There's free cold and hot water in dispensers on every floor, and it's very accessible to bukit bintang. But the room wasn't that clean: staff forgot to throw away the empty plastic bottles, and the water bottle was empty. In room 61, the bathroom light kept flickering.

I checked in on the 16th, with official check-in at 2:00 PM. Before booking, I emailed to ask about early check-in and got no response, which was fine. The serious problem happened the next morning, when all of Level 6 lost power at about 7:15 AM. I waited 15 minutes, thinking it was a temporary power trip, then saw another guest using his phone light to find his access card. He said the lower floors still had electricity. We went to reception around 7:30 AM to report it. I had to leave for work at 8:00 AM+, so time mattered. The receptionist contacted someone, possibly a manager or maintenance, but offered no immediate solution. We were told it would “take some time,” without an estimate, and no room change was offered at first. They asked us to wait on the floor with no power. After more than 30 minutes, I packed my belongings and asked to move so I could get ready for work. Only after I asked repeatedly did the receptionist agree. Then the receptionist arrived with only one access card and said I needed to share a room with another male guest who was also affected. I was shocked and extremely disturbed. He isn't my family member or my brother, he's a complete stranger. I made it very clear I wanted a separate room. How could staff suggest I share with a stranger? Unbelievable! This was entirely inappropriate and unacceptable, showing a serious lack of basic human decency, professionalism, and awareness of guest safety. I urge management to train staff properly in problem solving and guest handling, take female guests' safety and privacy seriously, offer immediate and appropriate alternatives during emergencies, and improve communication and response times in critical situations. This caused unnecessary stress, frustration, and inconvenience when I was already short on time because of work. I expect management to take this seriously and address it accordingly.

I've never stayed in a worse hotel. The room wasn't clean, and I totally regretted booking here. Staff attitude was terrible and they need training. Unless you only want somewhere to leave your luggage and not sleep at all, don't book here.

The location is a huge plus: it's right behind Sephora and only a few steps from the heart of Bukit Bintang. Even in such a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet at night, and I slept without noise interruptions. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Check-in is at 1 PM, and if you arrive early you can leave your luggage at the front desk. I had the deluxe room with a window. It was clean, and the bed was comfy, but the lighting was really dim. The only mirror was in the bathroom, which was dimly lit too, so if good lighting and mirrors matter for your routine, it might be a struggle. There was only a thick blackout curtain, no sheer one, and the TV wasn't smart, which was a bit of a letdown for me personally. The ironing board in the room came in handy, and there's a water dispenser in the hallway.

I checked in and had to check out right away because no other room was available then, so I had no choice but to leave. The customer service was extremely poor, and the room was clearly not properly cleaned or maintained. The bedsheet was dirty, there was a bad, unpleasant smell, and the hygiene overall was unacceptable. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had.
