For a quick overnight stop with my three kids, this modern apartment in central KL was not bad. The rooms were spacious and fairly clean, and downstairs there’s an Indian restaurant and a Malay one. We ate at the Malay place, which was decent and served huge portions. A couple of practical things caught me out. Reception is inside the building under the stairs, and you use an intercom to get in the first time. They ask for a cash deposit, so bring cash. I didn’t have Ringgit, but they accepted SGD instead, which was handy. It was a late arrival and early departure, so that worked out. The key setup is odd: you get two cards, one for the room and one for the front door, but only the room card works in the wall slot that powers the lights and electricity. If I wanted to go out for food, I had to bring the whole family, or they’d be left in the dark. That seems strange for an apartment meant for groups. Noise from neighboring apartments was a problem. I think groups use the place for parties and nights out in KL, so sleep may not be great. There are lots of laminated notices listing what you’ll pay if you break things, which makes me think they’re used to rowdy guests. Also, the two-bedroom apartment has just one shared bathroom. It could be better with a few simple changes.

The staff were very kind and even kept my luggage for free for almost seven days while I was travelling. The place is central, close to Berjaya and Lalaport malls, and the rooms had nice, clean furniture. The lounge and dining space were fine and roomy enough. The kitchen was basic, with cups, plates, mugs, and necessities, but no stove or microwave. The kettle was the only electric appliance. Water and free tea and coffee from a machine were available on the sixth floor. There’s no pool or gym, though that was stated in the listing. The duvets could be bigger for two people. I noticed some smell in the hall, maybe from the carpets or ventilation. Otherwise, no major issues, and it could be a good choice near the town center.

I’d stay here again, and it seems especially suitable for families. The two-bedroom unit was clean, good value, and had a spacious living room. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived late without cash for the deposit, but Jacquline, if I’m not mistaken, let me check in and leave my things first, then pay after I found an ATM. I also felt safe with a police station directly across the street. Highly recommended. ❤️

The accommodation was cheap, but the service didn’t make sense for a group. We booked for five adults and got only one room card. Also, the car park scanner closes after 11pm, so we had to leave our car outside in front of the flats. If you’re travelling separately as a group, I’d book somewhere else.
