Views are a highlight here. The units facing the mosque side are especially nice, and you can even see Petronas Twin Towers from them. I stayed in the building for nearly a month and found it comfortable overall. It’s modern, secure, and well maintained. Lots of Airbnb guests come and go, but the building still feels organized. The main downside is sound insulation: traffic noise can be heard even on higher floors. The location is excellent for walking to IKEA Cheras and MyTown Shopping Centre, and Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and The Exchange TRX are also close.

The complex has security guards, and you need a card to operate the lifts, so it feels pretty safe. The condominium itself is beautiful, with stunning views and facilities including a swimming pool, gym, reading room, and yoga room. Prices depend on the booking platform and are usually on the expensive side, but I personally think it’s worth it.

The pool was the highlight for me, and the apartments have lovely views of sunrise, the golf course, and the city skyline. There’s plenty to explore around the property, and it’s easy to get from the car park to the lifts. It’s well built and sits next to a beautiful Thai Buddhist temple. My only downside is that it’s so tall and looks a bit like a high-density residence.

The incredible view of the Petronas Towers, especially at night, was the highlight. The apartment was spotless and had everything I needed to be comfortable. Self check-in was simple, and the host kept in touch proactively, so the whole stay felt easy and organized. I had a really great time here and would happily stay again.

We booked Continew Residence through COBNB and will definitely stay again whenever we visit. The view was amazing, and check-in went very smoothly. Most of all, it was extremely clean.
